"Chuangyu", the first 300-ton omnidirectional outdoor heavy-duty unmanned automated guided vehicle in China

The Lonyu 2025 Global New Product Launch Conference was held in Zhangjiawo town, Xiqing district, Tianjin, on Wednesday. The "Chuangyu", the first 300-ton omnidirectional outdoor heavy-duty unmanned automated guided vehicle (AGV) in China, was unveiled at the conference.

This innovative achievement not only signifies a significant leap in the global industrial automation field but also heralds a new chapter in the economic development of Zhangjiawo town for the new year.

"Chuangyu" has a total length of 14.4 meters and a width of 3.4 meters, with the capability to carry 300 tons of overweight materials.

It also boasts a strong climbing ability of 5° and an 8-hour endurance capacity. Whether in high temperatures, extreme cold, or slippery conditions, "Chuangyu" can operate stably, demonstrating exceptional adaptability.

Leveraging the EQ intelligent platform independently developed by Lonyu robotics, "Chuangyu" achieves fully unmanned operation, significantly enhancing operational efficiency while reducing labor costs and safety risks. Its navigation system integrates Beidou positioning, inertial navigation, laser SLAM, visual perception, and AI technology, providing robust intelligent decision-making capabilities. It can adeptly handle complex factory layouts and harsh weather conditions, showing broad application prospects in the heavy-duty industry.

The release of "Chuangyu" signifies Lonyu's leading position in the field of heavy-duty unmanned AGVs, and reflects Zhangjiawo town's strength in promoting intelligent manufacturing and the robotics industry. In the future, with the introduction of more innovative products and the concentration of industries, Zhangjiawo town will accumulate more new momentum to achieve high-quality economic development in the region.
