The total construction area of the Tianjin Hongrentang Digital Intelligent Extraction Center reaches 38,000 square meters. In addition to the existing production scale of the enterprise, a new pharmaceutical base of 35 mu has been added. Demonstrative production lines including extraction and concentration, granulation, capsule filling, and automated packaging have been established. These enable the application of industrial Internet of Things, MES, intelligent production lines, intelligent testing equipment, SCADA, EMS, BMS, AI-based air quality control systems, and integrated applications in a new intelligent manufacturing model throughout the entire factory.
Tianjin Hongrentang intends to strengthen key core technologies through technological empowerment, enabling a clearer identification, more precise control, reduced consumption, and superior production of traditional Chinese medicine.
