Zhu Caibin, secretary of the CPC Xiqing District Committee, along with guests including media outlets, internet influencers, and travel agency representatives, participated in the activity, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
Zhu stated that Xiqing district has a long history, prosperous cultural heritage, and beautiful environment, which have nurtured distinctive historical deposits such as water transportation and New Year painting culture. Since the beginning of this year, Xiqing district has undertaken the following: deeply implemented the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, solidly promoted Tianjin’s "Ten Actions" for high-quality development, emphasized the deep integration of culture and tourism, and launched a series of high-quality activities that meet the cultural and tourism consumption needs of the general public.
In the future, Xiqing district will further improve the water cultural tourism industry. In addition to accelerating the construction of the rural tourism product system in Baitan Temple Village, a key rural tourism village in China, Xiqing will also explore the introduction of water and land sightseeing buses, creating the Ziya River ecological tourism and sightseeing belt, and achieving the navigation of the entire Xiqing section of the river basin.
