On Feb 27, Yin Xuewu, deputy secretary of the CPC Xiqing Committee and head of Xiqing, presented an interview program, and introduced the development and transformation of Xiqing's traditional industries.

Over these years, Xiqing district has adhered to the strategy of promoting local development through its manufacturing industries, focused on the five key industrial chains, cultivated special and new enterprises, and introduced emerging industries and high-end industries to settle in the area. At the same time, the local government has also accelerated the regional construction of the Xiqing section of Tiankai Higher Education Science Park, the Tianjinnan Railway Station Science and Technology Business Zone, an Integrated Circuit Industrial Park, the Grand Canal Cultural Belt, and a National Internet of Vehicles Pilot Area.
During the interview, Yin introduced the construction status of the Xiqing section of Tiankai Higher Education Science Park, and highlighted that through the preferential policies of introducing and cultivating talents, Xiqing will further stimulate the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship, in a bid to build the Xiqing section of Tiankai Higher Education Science Park into a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship area.

In terms of the transformation of traditional culture, Yin pointed out that this year, Xiqing will accelerate the construction of the Yangliuqing Grand Canal National Cultural Park, and promote the new site expansion project of the Tianjin Grand Canal Cultural Museum project, the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and the Tianjin Conservatory of Music, realizing the integrated development of culture, tourism and business.
